Focus of research

light and lighting, brightness and contrast perception under photopic and mesopic conditions, disability and discomfort glare (modelling and measuring), non-visual effects of light, traffic safety and light, analysing of accidence according light conditions, visibility concepts, optimization of light distributions, light and radiation measurement, IoT for and with illumination, measuring and characterization of daylight
